Do I need to buy a payment terminal?
No, no extra hardware is needed: your customers pay from their own phone. Table payment also works alongside your current payment methods.
Does Ryvka have access to my money?
No. Payments go through Stripe Connect and are paid out directly to your own Stripe account. Ryvka never holds your funds.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No, the subscription has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time. The annual plan is simply billed in one go, with a 20% discount.
Can I edit my menu during service?
Yes. Any change (price, description, out-of-stock) is instantly visible on every table, with nothing to republish.
Who decides how the bill is split?
The first guest to open the payment chooses the split mode (full, by dish or equal shares). That choice then applies to the whole table.
