How much does Ryvka cost?
The Essential plan costs €70 excl. VAT per month billed annually (€840 excl. VAT/year), or €80 excl. VAT per month billed monthly. The Pro plan costs €90 excl. VAT per month billed annually (€1080 excl. VAT/year), or €100 excl. VAT per month billed monthly.
What is the difference between Essential and Pro?
The Pro plan includes everything in Essential and adds unlimited digital menus and 3D modelling of 15 dishes.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No, the subscription has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time. The annual plan is simply billed once, at a reduced monthly rate.
Are prices shown excluding VAT?
Yes, all prices are shown excluding VAT.
Do I need to buy a payment terminal?
No, no extra hardware is needed: your guests pay from their own phone. Pay at the table also works alongside your current payment methods.
Which payment methods can my guests use?
Your guests can pay with all the common payment methods supported by Stripe: card, Apple Pay and many more, straight from their phone. See the list of Stripe payment methods.
Who has access to my money?
Only you. Payments go through Stripe and are paid directly into your own Stripe account. Ryvka never holds your funds.
