Does Ryvka have access to my money?
No. Payments go through Stripe Connect and are paid out directly to your own Stripe account. Ryvka never holds your funds.
What fees apply to table payment?
Stripe charges 1.8% + €0.25 per transaction on the Standard plan, 1.5% + €0.25 on the Pro plan, on top of the Ryvka subscription. No other hidden fees. See the details on the pricing page.
Do I need to buy a payment terminal for table payment?
No, no extra hardware is needed: restaurant customers pay from their own phone.
